From being an online celebrity, Boss Toyo, or Jayson Luzadas in real life, joins mainstream entertainment.

He was recently introduced as the newest music artist of Blvck Entertainment, which produced his latest single titled “Rap Lord.”

At a press conference prepared for him, the 42-year-old rapper was asked if he ever thought of being in a situation where he would be interviewed by the local media.

He proudly answered yes and said, “Hindi sa pagmamayabang pero sobrang taas kasi ng tingin ko sa sarili ko, na alam kong dating ako sa ganito--either dito o politics.”

Boss Toyo further explained, “Kasi, naniniwala ako na talagang yung manifestation, nagwo-work.

This was also the reason he immediately grabbed the opportunity when offered a management contract by Blvck Entertainment.

Parang fulfillment yun para sa akin,” he said.

In the same event, the entertainment media also got a glimpse of the music video of Boss Toyo's “Rap Lord.” At first, he looked like a typical rap artist who shows off a luxurious lifestyle.

However, Boss Toyo was quick to clarify that it was just an image he was trying to portray and it's very far from his personality.

“Actually, yung Rap Lord is pangto-troll lang. Ano lang tayo, I promote peace and love sa bawat isa. Hangga't maaari walang kaaway, lahat kaibigan.

In his next music releases, Boss Toyo hopes to bring inspiration to the public.
