Celebrities take the Black and White Photo Challenge

The latest internet challenge is making its way around Instagram is definitely something you'd want to try.
In 2020, when the world was pulled into a coronavirus pandemic, various challenges were the craze
One thing in common among most of them was their theme of bringing positivity into life amid such a dark time, resulting in many netizens posting inspiring challenges online.
Hence, the Black And White Photo Challenge. This challenge actually started on the photo and video sharing app in 2016, and now it's surfacing again but for a different advocacy.
In 2019, over 400 women were murdered in Turkey. Violence against women is a serious issue in many countries such as Turkey, where 27-year-old Pinar Gültekin was brutally murdered this July 2020--sparking protests and movements to raise awareness and empowerment for women's rights.
Women, and even men, across the globe have shared their voices on social media about the issue by bringing back the Black and White Photo Challenge.
The simple challenge involves taking a photo of yourself and editing it so that it has a black and white filter, and then uploading it to Instagram.
The hashtag #blackandwhitechallenge already has over a million posts on Instagram, making it one of the biggest challenges ever.
There's only one rule, you must remember to do one specific thing when uploading your photo to Instagram. The caption must include #ChallengeAccepted' and #blackandwhitechallenge. Then, you can also tag your friends to do the same.
