Multi-awarded Sparkle talent Barbie Forteza recently started her fitness journey with early morning runs. In a post, the Kapuso Primetime Princess shared that she never imagined spending her Sunday morning running with friends.
To make her morning runs more enjoyable, Barbie would meet up with her friends and former co-stars including Kristoffer Martin and Alden Richards.
As a triathlete, one of Kristoffer Martin's activities is running. His trainings include early morning runs.
Aside from joining triathlons, Kristoffer would also train by joining running races from time to time to keep him in great condition.
Kapuso actor Alden Richards also takes some time to run in the mornings with friends, which include Barbie and Kristoffer, to keep himself helathy and fit.

Taking on a half marathon, Tyrone shared that he didn't have an ideal preparation for this event.
He recalled, “To be completely honest, my preparation for this event was chaotic, crazy, and far from ideal. The excitement didn't truly hit me until a few seconds before the gun started. I faced many obstacles leading up to this day. Yet, despite my imperfect preparation, I stepped onto that starting line with confidence—a confidence rooted in knowing that God was with me, and His strength would sustain me.”
Fitness influencer Aira Lopez took a flight to the Big Apple in November 2025 to join the New York Marathon.
