Owning a home is a dream for many and celebrities are no exception.
In fact, Filipinos are more driven than ever to build their forever home. Based on the data provided by the Philippine Statistics Office (PSA), the number of approved building permits is comprised mostly of residential type of construction.
In the first quarter of 2022 alone, residential buildings reported the highest number of construction of 26,546 or 71.2 percent of the total number of construction during the quarter. Based also on this data, 85.9 percent are single-type houses.
