Get-togethers, farewells, and season-enders were among the hot topics in showbiz this past week.
At the start of the week, Michael V. and Manilyn Reynes were reunited with singer-songwriter and actor Ogie Alcasid on It's Showtime where the latter celebrated his birthday. During the show, Michael V also met with Vice Ganda and it had netizens for a possible collaboration between the two comedians.
Meanwhile, the cast of Voltes V: Legacy have already said their goodbyes to the characters they have played for almost two years just as the last taping day ends. And while they may not be working together anymore, its youngest star, Raphael Landicho, said that their friendship “will continue to shine brightly.”
Gabby Garcia also made it to showbiz conversations with her performance in the 'Unbreak My Heart' season-ender. Netizens praised the young actress for her powerful portrayal.
