Many Filipinos woke up on Friday morning, October 10, to the shocking news of powerful earthquake was recorded in Manay, Davao Oriental.
Based on the data from the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS), the earthquake reached a magnitude of 7.6 with a depth of 20 kilometers and occurred at 09:43 a.m..
The tremor was also felt across Mindanao and some parts of the Visayas region.
