Tonton Soriano and his partner, Jhonnas Desigaño, have taken their relationship to the next level as they are now an engaged couple.
In an Instagram post, the comedian shared photos of him and his now-fiance that were taken at a resort in Laguna, where the latter proposed to him.
“Hindi ko hiniling kay Lord pero binigay nya! Edi GO NA!” he wrote.
The great news came shortly after the Beks Friends, which is a comedy group made up of Tonton, Kitty Montecarlo, and Orli Domingo, shared a YouTube vlog revealing how the surprise engagement happened.
In the comments section, netizens received congratulatory greetings for the newly-engaged couple.
In a separate post, comedian-actress Iyah Mina congratulated Tonton and Jhonnas on their engagement.
