It's official - Michelle Dee is once again throwing her hat into the ring as she applies for the Miss Universe Philippines 2023 pageant.
In a post on her Instagram account, Michelle shared a video of her showing up at the beauty pageant's on-site applications wearing a white mini dress and confirming she would once again compete in the pageant.
This is Michelle's second time competing in the pageant, after clinching the Miss Universe Philippines Tourism crown in the previous staging of the pageant.
Considering that she almost took home the main crown during last year's competition, chances are looking good that she may just be the country's next representative to the 2023 Miss Universe competition.
