Dennis Trillo reveals son Calix survived shocking total car wreck accident

In a social media update that has since been removed, Kapuso Drama King Dennis Trillo opened up about a frightening vehicular accident involving his eldest child, Calix Andreas, his son with former beauty queen Carlene Aguilar.
Posting on Facebook on Monday, May 25, the actor detailed how the mishap occurred, revealing that Calix had unfortunately fallen asleep while behind the wheel.
According to the now-deleted post, the exhaustion caused Calix to temporarily lose control of the vehicle, leading it to crash into a road island before completely flipping over.
“Kaninang 5am, nakatulog habang nagda-drive mag-isa 'yung panganay ko. Bumangga siya sa island at tumaob 'yung kotse… Total wreck…” Dennis wrote.
Despite the impact of the crash, Calix fortunately suffered only minor bruises, and no other individuals or vehicles were involved in the incident.
“Walang tinamaang ibang kotse o ibang tao, may pasa sa ulo, braso, at maga ang kaliwang kamay,” the Kapuso actor shared.
In his post, Dennis also reflected on the gravity of the situation and voiced his deep gratitude that the outcome wasn't worse.
“Hindi lahat ganito kaswerte sa aksidente. Salamat po at ganun lang ang nangyari,” Dennis expressed.
Dennis concluded his post with a crucial piece of advice for all motorists, urging them to prioritize safety over rushing home.
“Lesson…'pag inaantok, 'wag piliting mag-drive. Pwedeng mag-stop over muna, para mag-unat-unat or umidlip,” he said.
As of this writing, neither Dennis nor Calix has released any further updates regarding the incident, and the actor's official pages remain quiet following the deletion of the post.
Dennis Trillo is set to headline this massive new action-drama series, Hari ng Tondo, alongside Primetime Action Hero Ruru Madrid. This marks a major television reunion for the duo following their acclaimed work in the film Green Bones.
