The daughter of socialite and actress Gretchen Barretto confirmed via Instagram on May 29 that she has given birth to her first child with Michael Hearn. The couple named her Penelope Eloise.

Dominique and Michael announced their engagement in October 2021 and exchanged “I Do's” at the San Agustin Church in Manila in March 2023. The couple had their grand reception at the National Museum of Natural History. Dominique announced her pregnancy in November 2023.
