Ellen Adarna addresses 'side chick' allegations towards Derek Ramsay's ex

Ellen Adarna addresses rumors involving one of Derek Ramsay's former girlfriends.
In a series of Instagram stories, Ellen clarified that a friend named Alexa was not the alleged side chick linked to Derek's infidelity issue.
"Stop blaming and messaging Alexa for being the side chick," Ellen wrote. "She reached out to me directly -- and this is what she said. She asked me to share it publicly so people know her truth. And for the record, I only received this message today."
Ellen then shared her conversation with Alexa, who reached out for help amid the allegations.
The former girlfriend admitted that staying silent after their breakup may have led netizens to only hear Derek's side of the story. She reflected on how long it took her to recognize the “emotional and psychological patterns” she experienced during their relationship.
"During that time, I made choices that were completely out of character for me. I carried a lot of shame, and for years I blamed myself for everything that happened," Alexa wrote.
"But in saying this, I'm not putting all the blame on him. I enabled the behavior each time I chose to stay or when I caved in. He saw my weakness and used it to his advantage. I didn't yet understand what manipulation looked like or how deeply it can distort your sense of self."
Alexa also expressed regret over the struggles Ellen experienced with Derek. “I'm so glad you've broken the silence and hopefully that very toxic cycle,” she added.
She even thanked Ellen for inspiring her to speak out. “Thank you for being the voice I never had. For what it's worth, you have all my support,” Alexa concluded.
This comes after Ellen's continued support of Derek's other exes, including Joanne Villablanca.
Ellen also continues to share her own experience in her relationship with Derek, whom she claims was unfaithful. Her revelations have gained significant attention online, alongside confirmation that she and Derek are no longer living together.
