More Filipino celebrities and fitness enthusiasts are taking on the global fitness challenge Hyrox, with many countries across Asia emerging as a hotspot for participants. Hyrox is a high-intensity race that combines running with functional exercises, testing both endurance and strength across multiple stations—a mix of sprints, rowing, sled pushes, and more.
In November 2025, celebrity couples including Anne Curtis and Erwan Heussaff, Solenn Heussaff with Nico Bolzico, and Isabelle Daza with Adrien Semblat competed in the event, highlighting the growing appeal of Hyrox among stars who prioritize fitness. Filipino actors Kim Molina and Jerald Napoles also joined, pushing themselves through the grueling course while sharing the experience with fans.
The challenge has attracted international stars as well, such as Minho from K-pop group SHINee, proving that Hyrox is gaining traction not just as a competition, but as a lifestyle for fitness-minded individuals.
Videos from the event captured celebrities celebrating each milestone, showing that the race is as much about camaraderie and personal achievement as it is about competition. With more public figures embracing Hyrox, the sport is quickly becoming a new benchmark for fitness challenges in the Philippines and beyond.
Anne Curtis and husband Erwann Heussaff got interviewed and were featured on Hyrox Korea's official Instagram for their epic race. "It was a good first race, and we'll definitely do it again!“ The couple embarked on their first Hyrox race with just five days of training.
Solenn Heussaff was in tandem with Isabelle Daza for Hyrox Korea's Women's doubles.
The duo powered through as first-timers and finished strong later on.

Nico Bolzico wrote on Adrien Semblat's Instagram post of their race moments, "We are coming back for that sub 1 brother."
Drew Arellano embarked on his first Hyrox race in the Philippines solo.
Drew shared on social media. "My goal was simple: pace smart and don't blow up—unlike my 80% simulation a few weeks back. I made sure to count laps carefully to avoid penalties and stuck to the plan of resting during the SkiErg and Row. Loved the smoother turf for the sled push/pull, it felt lighter than in the gym! Buti nalang!"
Kim Molina also joined Hyrox Korea with husband Jerald Napoles. "This was my first Hyrox race, and Jerald's second. So proud and happy to do this with you, my love."
Jerald Napoles took on his second Hyrox challenge in Korea with wife, Kim Molina.
Anthony Rosaldo is starting his 2026 with fitness. He shared on social media. "I joined Hyrox Osaka. No proper training. Signed up 2 days before the race. Why?? Kasi baliw ako! But I knew it was going to be FUN!"
David Licauco delivered an impressive performance in his first-ever appearance at Hyrox Taipei, competing in the men's open division and clocking in a total time of 1:07:48. Out of nearly 2,000 participants, he placed 53rd overall and ranked 19th in the 30-34 age group. His finish also marked the fastest time recorded by a Filipino competitor in the Hyrox open division in Asia, making him the top-performing Filipino participant in the Taipei leg. The Sparkle actor shared that he spent about a month and a half training to prepare for the competition.
