Filipino-Korean Julius Manalo police trends in PH after reuniting with mother

A Filipino-Korean police officer has finally reunited with his Korean mother.
Julius Manalo also known as Oh Jun-young has been searching for his mother since 1999.
His search finally paid off after TV Chosun picked up his story, which led to finding his estranged mother.
In an interview with 'Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho,' Julius shared his life story--from being born in Korea to a Korean mother and a Filipino father to moving to the Philippines and living a hard life.
Manalo narrated how his mother met Filipino musician Eustaqio in South Korea, had a relationship with him, and had him in 1986.
Unfortunately, his parents separated, and his father decided to leave South Korea with Julius.
Julius said he was told that they would only go on a two-week vacation in the United States.
Sobrang naglulupasay ako nun, nag-iiyak ako nu'n," he recalled.
