As seen on Sparkle's official YouTube channel, the first look of the said film showed some scenes of Alden and his fellow Kapuso star Max Collins.
"This international film marks a major milestone for Asia's Multimedia Star who also serves as a co-producer on this project," a part of the caption reads.
In Big Tiger, Alden will star as the primary antagonist for the first time. He is also one of the producers of the film. International actors Byron Mann, Katherine McNamara, and Luke Goss are also a part of the movie.
In Athena Imperial's “Chika Minute” report last December 22, Alden was commended by his co-actors for his incredible acting prowess.
“I had no idea that you had never played an antagonist until today because he's so fantastic in the film. I'm begging to do a film with him where we don't have to hate each other,” Katherine said.
Byron shared, “I just met him for the first time on set and he was supposed to be the big villain in the movie. I just assumed that he was a bad man in real life.”
Big Tiger is set to be released in the Philippines and in other countries in 2026.
