Love wins once again this Pride Month as former Formula 1 driver Ralf Schumacher tied the knot with his longtime boyfriend, Etienne Bousquet-Cassagne.

In a heartwarming Instagram post, the former politician shared a series of photos from their wedding celebration, attended by family and friends.

“Last weekend, began the first chapter of our new life together in front of all those who love us. I stand with a heart full of pride and emotion, to tell you, that I choose you forever,” Etienne wrote in the caption, according to a translation by People.

He also expressed how he looks forward to spending the rest of his life with Ralf.

“I want to explore the world by your side—sharing the small joys of everyday life just as much as the grand adventures—and growing together within this love that makes us stronger,” he said.

He added, “I love you infinitely—my husband, my everything. Your husband, forever.”

At the end of his post, he teased their documentary series titled “Ralf & Etienne: Wir sagen Ja,” which will feature highlights of their wedding.

In 2024, Ralf came out as gay on Instagram, also announcing his relationship with Etienne in the same post.

Ralf was previously married to Cora Schumacher, with whom he has a son named David.
