On May 5, the highly-acclaimed Met Gala welcomed its first Thai actress attendee -- Freen Sarocha.
Sarocha Chankimha, also known as Freen, is a Thai actress, model, and singer who rose to fame for her record-breaking portrayal of Sam in the 2022 Thai GL (girls love) series Gap with Becky Armstrong.
Before her appearance at the Met Gala, Freen has attended some of the biggest fashion shows in the world, including those in Paris, after being named the newest brand ambassador of the luxury brand Valentino.
The beloved Thai actress also donned a custom Valentino for her historic Met Gala debut.
Freen joins fellow actor Bright Vachirawit as the only Thai to attend the Met Gala.
