Kapuso couple and certified foodies Gabbi Garcia and Khalil Ramos just set a new bar for travel goals, ticking off an ambitious birthday request list in Shanghai that included hotpot, Peking Duck, and a magical day at Disneyland.
Gabbi and Khalil, known for documenting their food adventures, recently wrapped up an indulgent culinary tour that took them to several acclaimed restaurants—including a Michelin-starred spot—and shared every unforgettable bite on Instagram.
After checking off their entire foodie checklist, Gabbi jokingly wrote in her caption: “Achieve na achieve! Time to diet and hit the gym again.”

Gabbi and Khalil visited one of Shanghai's famous hotpot places, Hongjie Hotpot.
Gabbi Garcia described the experience at Hongjie Hotpot as: “Comfort classic hotpot, super sarap, very straightforward, and good quality for a very reasonable price!!! budget friendly indeed!”
Gabbi and Khalil made sure to try the Peking Duck at the acclaimed Sheng Yong Xing, which proudly holds one Michelin Star.
According to Gabbi, the Peking Duck there was: “INTENSE. Tears of joy sa sarap. Probably my most fave meal in our whole Shanghai trip! 1 Michelin BEST DUCK!! Yes I said it, BEST BEST BEST!”
For a more luxurious touch, they explored LouShang Hotpot. Gabbi and Khalil called it an "Elevated Hotpot," highlighting the "golden chicken broth" a definite "Winner!!"
Another stop on their trip was Imperial Treasure China, which has held two Michelin Stars since 2019, affimed, "No fail in all their dishes!"
