When Kim Jones moved to the Philippines after living in Australia for most of her life, she didn't expect to become an icon that she is today.
In a feature story on Fashionista.com, Kim said that it was his brother, who already did modeling jobs in the Philippines, who told her to try her luck in the country that she has deep ties with.
In her first commercial, she spent 20 hours on the shoot and got a talent fee of $30. Unfortunately, her part did not make it through the final cut.
However, it started a fire in Kim, and realized that she liked to be a part of a production, even though it's not always about glitz and glamour.
Now, Kim has been working with several international brands for collaborations, and her works have been featured in some of the world's leading lifestyle magazines.
