GMA Regional TV opens 12th station in Ilocos Norte

GMA'S regional arm, Regional TV, reached a new milestone when it opened its12th station in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte on March 17.
According to First Vice President and Head of GMA Regional TV and Synergy, and Acting Head of GMA Integrated News Oliver Victor B. Amoroso, the launch of GMA Ilocos Norte “strengthens our local news coverage in North Central Luzon, and solidifies GMA Integrated News' position as the 'News Authority of the Filipino.'”
Several key people from the GMA Regional TV attended the inauguration and blessing of the new station including Consultant for Sales, Sales and Marketing Group Rizalina D. Garduque, Senior Assistant Vice President for Local Sales, and concurrent Station Manager for Central and Eastern Visayas Ann Marie O. Tan, Senior Station Manager for GMA Ilocos Sur and Norte Stations Sheila Marie R. Medina, and Station Manager, Zamboanga Jennevieve Ocaña, along with other GMA RTV Head Office Managers.
Also present are Ilocos Norte LGU heads led by Vice Governor Cecilia Araneta Marcos, Laoag City Mayor Michael Marcos Keon, and Vice Mayor Carlos Farinas.
