Heart Evangelista directly addressed a comment on her TikTok account, saying she is beautiful because she is childless.

A TikTok user commented "wala kasing anak" in one of Heart's recent videos on the platform, and the Kapuso star did not hold back in answering the rude comment.

"Wait lang ha, napipikon ako sa'yo ah," she said jokingly.

Heart continued, "Please comment with your real account, please. So I can address you properly."

"But since you didn't use your real account, I cannot address you properly, and I will not address you properly," Heart said, referring to the netizen who was using an anonymous account.

"My dear, it's already 2024. I have lost four babies already," Heart said sadly, pertaining to her recent miscarriage.

She added, "So may nag-comment na, you're only pretty because you don't have a child."

"Darling, nag-e-effort po akong magpaganda and I live a very grateful and peaceful life
that makes a big difference and every day po akong nag-dederma kaya ako fresh," Heart explained.

One TikTok user's comment reached over 10,000 likes, saying, "She didn't even know kung ano pinagdadaanan ng isang tao."

The video has reached over 3 million views in less than 24 hours.

In 2018, Heart also suffered a miscarriage and she lost her twin babies. Earlier this year in March, Heart admitted she lost a baby girl which she tried to conceive through IVF (in vitro fertilization).

In May 2024, Heart admitted that she had another miscarriage, losing a baby boy, which she referred to as "FrancisKo" in an Instagram post on Mother's Day.
