Here's why Chelsea Manalo deserves the Miss Universe crown

The excitement continues to build as the country's representative to the Miss Universe pageant, Chelsea Manalo, gears up to hopefully bring home the country's fifth Miss Universe crown.
Already, the Miss Universe Philippines organization is calling on fervent Filipino pageant fans and supporters, sending out a call for votes for Chelsea on the Miss Universe app. Success in the voting lands Chelsea an automatic Top 30 placement in the international pageant.
While the Filipino pageant fans do their part, Chelsea is also hard at work. The beauty queen is currently in Los Angeles training for the pageant, which starts on October 29 and with the coronation night set on November 17.
Even before her flight to Los Angeles, Chelsea was putting herself out there and introducing herself to the Filipino public, attending events like the MEGA Fashion Awards and the 2024 GMA Gala.
