Pinoy alternative-rock music icons Acel Bisa, Aia de Leon, Barbie Almalbis, Hannah Romawac, and Lougee Basabas gathered together to officially announce their upcoming concert titled 'Tanaw' slated on November 26.
The multi-awarded singer-songwriters, who rose to fame for being the lead vocalists of late '90s/early 2000s bands, were welcomed by the members of the media in a press conference held on Tuesday, November 8, at the lobby of The Theatre at Solaire where the one-night show will also take place.
It is a momentous event for the five artists who, for the first time, will be performing together on one stage, alongside their fellow musician Kitchie Nadal, who is in Spain as of press time.
As pointed out by Aia, one of the 'Tanaw' headliners, the concert also serves as a celebration of meaningful friendships and solidarity.
“There is no other group of people who will have understood the fullness of my life, in every aspect, except for these ladies,” she adds. “We grew up in an era together, we paid our dues together. We share a profound joy in making music, writing songs, and performing them in front of a live audience. We've never braved a celebration in this scale together before, and I feel very blessed to be a part of this.”
