Timothy Tan hired two lawyers namely Atty. Peter Serrano and Ruth Castelo for the case.
Some press were invited to cover the preliminary investigation.
Sunshine faces his estranged husband during the legal process.
This is the first time Sunshine met Timothy and Clarisma after the Kapuso actress discovered their alleged affair.
“I’m getting emotional because of the pain that they caused my children. Not me anymore, kasi kaya ko naman. Pero ‘yung sakit na [pinagdaraanan] ng mga anak ko, ‘yan ang walang kapatawaran,” said Sunshine in the interview.
