Gabbi Garcia and Khalil Ramos took some time off to visit nature and have a relaxing trip outdoors.
The Kapuso couple visited the famous Masungi Georeserve in Rizal to unwind. Gabbi shared why she and Khalil took a short vacation. "The past few weeks, my mind's been so occupied with thoughts that aren't needed. Thoughts that led to anxiousness, doubt, and lack of self-fulfillment. Overthinking has been one of my biggest struggles ever since. I knew I needed to pause and breathe to collect my thoughts and be present once again."
She explained why being close to nature soothes her soul. "Nature will always be my go-to breather. I love how it teaches us that there is so much more in life than being clouded with negative thoughts. It reminded me that the world will never revolve around my problems and that there is soooo much more that we can put our energy into."
