For the longest time, Meryll Soriano and Elijah Palanca have been living a good life as a mother-and-son duo.
Meryll married fellow actor Bernard Palanca in 2006, but they parted ways after only five months into their marriage. While the two didn't get to work out their relationship, Meryll was still blessed with his now 13-year-old son Elijah.
Meryll faced single parenthood head on, rearing her child on her own but that didn't stop her from giving him a wonderful life. In fact, the mother-son tandem leads a colorful life, full of adventures, fun memories, and heartwarming moments.
Their relationship changed and became better when Meryll reunited with ex-boyfriend, actor Joem Bascon, and welcomed their first child together in 2020. And Elijah welcomed his new role as an older brother to his sibling.
Although their family now is bigger, Meryll and Elijah managed to maintain their close mother-and-son relationship.
