Rocco Nacino added another feather in his cap after he received the Tiger Battle Dress Uniform as an honorary member of Naval Special Operations Group (NAVSOG) of the Philippine Navy last September 25, 2020.
"Akala ko tapos na ang paghihirap ko no'ng sumabak kami ng Alpha Team sa training ng Special Forces para sa #DescendantsofTheSunPh, 'yun pala mararanasan ko ulit 'yung hirap sa aming culminating activities para ma-induct sa courses ng NAVSOG. Hindi biro, pwede sulit ang hirap at ang mga aral na [napulot] ko dito. At natawa ako no'ng biruin ako na naging totoo na ang suot ni Wolf, hindi na isang costume," Rocco, who played a technical sergeant in 'Descendants of the Sun (The Philippine Adaptation),' stated in his Instagram post.
As a testament to his achievement, the Kapuso star now carries four post-nominal titles in his full name: Petty Officer 3 Enrico Raphael Quioge Nacino, RN, MAN, NAVSOG, PN (Reserved).
"I admit to having selfish goals when all of this started, (gusto ko maging ganito, kailangan maging ganito ako...etc.) but it dawned upon me that I was doing this to be an example to the young ones that anything can be achieved as long as you put your heart into it," Rocco continued.
