Spotify recently released their "2020 Wrapped," an annual list which details the artists and songs that enjoyed popularity and engagement in the audio streaming platform during the year.
In the Philippines, OPM indie-folk band Ben&Ben topped the list of the country's most streamed artists.
The band is the only Filipino act among the top five most streamed artists in the Philippines.
The nine-member group released songs "Sa Susunod Na Habang-buhay," "Doors," "Lifetime," "Nakikinig Ka Ba Sa Akin," and "Di Ka Sayang" this year.
Spotify carries 60 million songs produced by various record labels and media companies from all over the world.
The audio streaming platform also boasts of 320 million users globally, with 144 million premium subscribers.
Aside from music, over 1.9 million podcasts are also available on Spotify.
