Scarlet Snow Belo was recently named one of Asia's most stylish personalities by lifestyle magazine Tatler Philippines.
Aside from dressing impeccably and taking fashion cues from fashionista mom and celebrity doctor Vicki Belo, Scarlet has many pursuits--one of which is drawing.
Scarlet is taking drawing lessons from art teacher Cathy Ongteco.
She has been sharing her progress and her artwork on her Instagram account which boasts over five million followers.
