Oliver Austria is one of this year's fastest-rising Filipino YouTuber. He is best known for his reactions to celebrity houses. However, his recent vlog is about the typhoon-proof house that he designed.
The Philippines is situated along the typhoon belt in the Pacific and has an average of 20 typhoons every year. Despite being used to typhoons, some Filipinos still have problems securing their homes from leaks, flooding and other types of typhoon-related damages.
So, architect-vlogger Oliver Austria decided to design a typhoon-proof house that could probably serve as a design inspiration for Filipinos planning to build a house that can withstand typhoons and flooding.
