The Philippines and the Filipinos have been well represented in movies and TV shows recently. Aside from having Pinoy actors in international projects like Dolly De Leon and Dave Bautista or Pinoy artists making a name for themselves like Olivia Rodrigo; the country is being featured in some movies and TV shows.
However, while the country and the people are a great showcase of the Philippines, one of the less prominent aspects of the country in foreign projects is the language. In recent shows, celebrities like Tom Ellis and Emma Myers delivered Tagalog lines, which made Pinoys proud.
