The former 'Encantadia' actress revealed that she is expecting her first child with Ben Wintle when she celebrated her 40th birthday in London, United Kingdom.
Iza shared that her pregnancy is unexpected and she considers their child a blessing. "You came along. Unexpectedly. You may not have been in my immediate plans but I instinctively knew that this was THE plan."
She added, "You will give me THE WHY, THE PURPOSE, THE DIRECTION in life, and I embrace you in my life as we build, along with Ben -- your dad, a FAMILY!"

Iza shared the good news about her pregnancy on her 40th birthday. According to Iza, she had other plans but having a child is a wonderful surprise and blessing for her.
"God's plans are always far greater than mine and I humbly accept this new chapter of my life with a heart filled with gratitude, casting all my fears and worries aside and simply trusting in the divine timing and wisdom of life. Something deep inside me knows that you will propel me to greater heights to soar higher than ever before in ways I cannot even begin to imagine."
According to Iza, she is grateful to have Ben Wintle's love, care, and support as they start their family.
"You are home and, together, we are building a home for our child, our family. Thank you for keeping us safe. There is no one in this world I would be so honored and happy to share this journey with but you."
Iza shows how she has embraced the new chapter in life as a mom.
The celebrity mom shared the significance of this photo in her pregnancy. She said in an Instagram post, "This was the moment I felt and decided to hang up my jeans temporarily and honor my growing belly. I do miss dressing up in my old clothes but I honestly feel I will miss this beautiful pregnant belly of mine and feeling the kicks of my baby inside even more."
On Thanksgiving, Iza wrote why she is grateful.
"So much in life to be grateful for but I would say that I am most thankful for the gift of life growing inside me. I have never felt this kind of love and joy before. Paano pa pag andito ka na?"

Two months after she gave birth, Iza finally teased her baby girl's face on Instagram. The actress even paid homage to her former show 'Encantadia' by naming her kid after one of the characters, Deia Amihan Calzado Wintle. The little girl was born on January 26, 2023.
