Jake Ejercito exploring 'legal options' against vlogger who filmed daughter Ellie

Jake Ejercito is exploring legal options against vlogger Crist Briand for taking videos of his 13-year-old daughter Ellie without her consent.
In a series of post on Facebook, Jake explicitly called out Briand as he first asked the vlogger to take down his post.
He wrote, "There is a video of Ellie - a minor - that was recorded and posted without her consent. 'Influencers' need to recognize their boundaries. Creating content for clicks and views should never come at the cost of someone else's privacy. @Crist Briand take it down immediately."
In an update, Jake said that Crist has already deleted the video that showed his daughter but he still asked the public to report the page.
He wrote, "Crist Briant has deleted the video. Please continue reporting the page of this irresponsible clout chaser who ambushed a 13-year-old girl for views. I'm now in the process of exploring legal options."
In another post, Jake shared a message he received from an unknown person that supported him to pursue legal action.
Briand has yet to address the issue as of writing time.
Ellie is Jake Ejercito's daughter with former actress Andi Eigenmann, who is now based in Siargao with her family with Philmar Alipayo.
