Jang Ki-yong is one of the fast-rising Korean heartthrobs and multi-talented stars in South Korea.
Ki-yong began his career as a model. In 2012, he joined the model management company called KPlus and took part in a lot of photoshoots and fashion shows. Two years later, Ki-yong received the Fashion Model Award at Asian Model Awards 2014.
Since then, his name has become popular. In 2014, Ki-yong made his debut as an actor. He made a cameo on the drama series 'It's Okay, That's Love.'
His appearance in the said Kdrama series made a buzz which led him to another project which is 'The Greatest Marriage and Schoolgirl Detectives.'
In 2018, he received his first major television role in the film 'Come and Hug Me.'
His fame grows more as he accepts additional roles in various programs over the years. This also covers the popular drama 'My Roommate is a Gumiho.'
Meanwhile, Ki-yong plays the role of Jameson in the Korean melodramatic romance, Now We Are Breaking Up together with one of the OG queens of GMA Heart of Asia, Song Hye-kyo who acts as Corrine.
