Filipino actor Jerald Napoles has just revealed a heartfelt surprise for his longtime partner and now fiancée, Kim Molina. After a sweet and memorable proposal on August 12, Kim was once again taken aback to learn that Jerald had handcrafted her engagement ring himself.
On her Instagram account, Kim shared a video showing Jerald documenting the ring-making process from June 2023. In the video, Jerald was seen involved in every step of creating the ring with guidance from professional jewelers. Kim also revealed how Jerald had kept the ring a secret and waited for the perfect moment to propose. The video further showed Jerald seeking Kim's parents' blessing ahead of their proposal.
Moved by Jerald's thoughtful gesture, Kim captioned her post, "Just when I thought the surprise ended there, days after the proposal I found out he even made the ring himself." She added, "Jeral Napoles, you are a dream, my love. Thank you."
In the comments, Jerald's response touched hearts as he wrote, "Nananabik na sa pag-iisang dibdib," accompanied by a heart and ring emoji. Friends, followers, and famous personalities like drag queen Viñas DeLuxe also took to the comments section to share their excitement and congratulations for the couple.
Jerald and Kim have been together for a decade, having met during the musical play Rak of Aegis. Given the special significance of the theater in their relationship, Jerald chose to propose at the PETA Theater. He transformed the venue with an array of flowers and dazzling lights to create a memorable and romantic setting for the proposal.
