Jet Li sparks health concerns after being hospitalized

Famous martial artist and actor Jet Li recently raised concerns from netizens after posting health updates on social media.
On August 17, Jet Li took to Douyin (the Chinese version of TikTok) to share photos of himself lying in a hospital bed, preparing for an operation.
“I've recently faced another unexpected challenge,” he wrote in English.
On his Weibo page, Jet Li even lightened the mood with humor while sharing a picture of himself being wheeled into the hospital.
"There is a problem with the hardware, so I need to return it to the factory for repair. Thank you for your concern. Don't worry too much about me. Rest, take a rest," he said in Chinese.
A day later, the martial arts star reassured fans that he was doing well after the hospitalization. In a video, he was even seen attending an online meeting and standing up inside his hospital room.
He captioned, "Wishing everyone good health and happiness."
On Weibo, Jet Li further comforted his fans with a cheerful photo of himself enjoying a bowl of noodles.
"Thank you again for your concern and blessings. I am sorry for worrying you. I'm leaving the factory, so I'm going to have something delicious to eat," he said.
