The Filipina star marked her special day in the company of her beloved family and received a beautiful cupcake bouquet from them.
In an Instagram post, Sophia's mother, Filipina actress Carla Guevara, dedicated a heartwarming message to her unica hija.
“My Little Global Super Popstar @sophia_laforteza is 23!!! May God continue to mold you and guide you to be the woman He intends you to be! We are forever grateful for the blessing that is YOU! HAPPY BIRTHDAY MAMA! We love you infinitely!” she wrote.
