South Korean actor-singer Lee Seung-gi and his wife, actress Lee Da-in, are expecting their second child.
The news was confirmed on Thursday, February 12, by Lee Seung-gi's agency, Big Planet Made Entertainment, in a statement to South Korean media outlet OSEN.
“Lee Da-in is in her fifth month of pregnancy, and the couple is prioritising the health and stability of the expectant mother while engaging in prenatal education,” the agency said.
The upcoming addition marks another milestone for the couple as they prepare to expand their growing family.
The announcement comes two years after Lee Seung-gi and Lee Da-in welcomed their first child, a baby girl born on February 5, 2024.
They recently celebrated their daughter's first birthday with photos shared on social media.
Lee Seung-gi and Lee Da-in were married in April 2023 in an elegant ceremony held at a five-star hotel in Seoul. The actor-singer is known for his roles in Korean dramas such as My Girlfriend is a Gumiho, Gu Family Book, A Korean Odyssey, and Vagabond, among many others. Meanwhile, Lee Da-in is known for her roles in Hwarang, Worlds Within, Romance Zero, and more.
