Kylie Padilla graced the vlog of her aunt BB Gandanghari.
In a sit-down interview, Kylie opened up about her childhood, becoming an actress, and getting unexpectedly pregnant at the height of her fame.
Kylie recalled how she felt when she learned she was pregnant with her first child, Alas. She and ex-husband Aljur Abrenica welcomed Alas to the world on August 4, 2017.
"I was scared, kasi may show ako na napakaganda. When that show started, Encantadia, I was the most disliked Sang'gre," Kylie recalled.
"So, ginamit 'yun as fuel, then I became one of the most favorite.
"Then nabuntis ako, parang sabi ko, 'Sayang naman.'
Kylie admitted, "It is a frustration...paangat pa dapat, ang dami na dapat papasok na endorsements."
BB Gandanghari got real with Kylie and added, "I think there is a disappointment there because we know there is a promising career for you. I really believed in you. Feeling ko ang laki ng future mo."
Kylie also detailed what led to her marriage with Aljur in 2018.
"I was in love, yes," she stated.
Kylie explained that while she was in love, marriage was not her priority back then.
"I wasn't ready to get married because I didn't really believe in marriage. But to make everyone else happy, we got married.
"Very deep 'yung understanding ko na ibang commitment na talaga ang marriage. You have to go through everything together.
Kylie and Aljur were married for three years before separating in 2021. They were together for eleven years overall.
Despite the separation, Kylie has no regrets.
"May dalawang anghel naman kami, I've also forgiven myself. No offense meant, nakapag-move on na rin naman siya," she said, pertaining to her ex-husband, Aljur.
Presently, Kylie is a single mom raising her two sons, Alas and Axl, who was born in 2019.
She did not hold back in sharing the hardships of being a single mom.
"Nakakapagod siya, and I don't want to be tired forever. And that's very hard for me to admit to myself.
