Laureen Uy and her husband Miggy Cruz just announced that they're expecting their first child.
On Instagram, the married couple shared their good news as Laureen revealed her sonogram. She is now at least 14 weeks into pregnancy.
"Can't wait to be a family of 3," Laureen captioned her post.
On her YouTube channel, she shared how she initially felt after finding out she was pregnant.
"It all happened so quickly, but I was so excited to tell him [Miggy Cruz.]
Miggy revealed how the pregnancy was aligned with what they had planned as a couple. "I was shocked, I was stunned, to be honest, I think this is what we've both been wanting since we got married because personally, I wanted to get married because I want to start a family with you."
Laureen agreed and said, "I think that's what's exciting about starting a life with you, we have so much to look forward to."
Miggy added, "I think God's been so good to us. Career-wise we both get to do what we want to do. I would like to think we're somehow successful with what we're passionate about, and our relationship with our family and friends. I think everything's settled down for us pretty nicely."
