Asia's Multimedia star Alden Richards surprised everyone with his amazing body transformation after becoming the official endorser of Century Tuna Superbods this year.
In the column of Ricky Gallardo for Business Mirror, Alden stressed the importance of health and fitness amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
He stated, “It is very important to take care of oneself, especially during these times when the world is still working on finding a cure, a vaccine for the virus. We cannot take things lightly. We always have to be cautious and careful. I have to exercise and workout regularly in order to keep fit.
“I have to have ample sleep and rest hours. I have to eat healthy. With whatever limited resources we have at the moment, we have to keep our bodies and minds healthy so we can keep our homes and environments safe not only for ourselves but for others, as well.”
2020 is also important for the Kapuso prime actor because this marked his 10th showbiz anniversary, which he celebrated via his successful virtual reality concert 'Alden's Reality' held last December 8.
