Rabiya Mateo of Iloilo City won the highly-coveted Miss Universe Philippines 2020 crown on October 25, 2020.
A few moments after she won, netizens quickly noticed the similarities of Rabiya to former beauty queens, Miss Universe 2011 third runner-up and Miss Universe Philippines national director Shamcey Supsup-Lee, Miss Universe 2010 fourth runner-up Maria Venus Raj, and Miss World 2013 Megan Young.
