Jestoni Alarcon is one of the few local artists who has given the chance to have that staying power in the showbiz industry.
Beginning his showbiz career at the age of 16, Jesus Antonio Pineda Alarcon was able to traverse the many changes in the local entertainment scene with ease. He first appeared in the 1984 film 'Campus Beat' with matinee idol Aga Muhlach and later on, he was known for his sexy and action movies.
In fact, Jestoni has over 50 films under his belt. When the popularity of action flicks waned, he reinvented himself to become a drama actor and has done several soaps and movies.
He is slated to appear in the upcoming series 'Little Princess' starring Jo Berry.
What's more, his daughter Angela Alarcon followed in his footsteps and pursued a career in show business and is now part of the star-studded roster of GMA Artist Center.
