Marian Rivera spends time with the children of Smile Train PH

She's best known for being the Kapuso Primetime Queen, but many may not know that Kapuso royalty Marian Rivera also has a long-standing relationship with the non-government organization, Smile Train Philippines.
Smile Train Philippines is under the bigger Smile Train entity, a non-government organization that has spent more than two decades arranging safe and quality cleft care for more than 1.5 million children who have cleft palates. The organization's particular model enables local medical professionals and hospitals to provide free, life-changing care to children who have cleft palates.
Just recently, Marian gathered some beneficiaries of Smile Train Philippines and threw them a party with the help of some corporate sponsors. In the caption of one of the three posts she made about the event, Marian shared that the smiles of these Smile Train kids always have a “special place” in her heart.
