Mary Anne sacrifices herself for her sons in the most emotional episode of 'Voltes V: Legacy' yet

'Voltes V: Legacy' moved viewers to tears as it aired its most emotional episode yet on Wednesday, May 31.
The episode showed how Mary Anne Armstrong (Carla Abellana) sacrificed herself for her sons Steve (Miguel Tanfelix), Big Bert (Matt Lozano), and Little Jon (Raphael Landicho) of the Voltes V team who fought against the Boazanian beastfighter, Vaizanger.
Vaizanger's force was too strong that Voltes V couldn't break out from the chain that the monster fastened throughout the super robot's body.
Despite her injuries, the concerned mother, Mary Anne, escaped from Camp Big Falcon and flew a fighter jet to help the Voltes V team defeat Vaizanger.
The three Armstrong brothers couldn't even stop their mother as Vaizanger took control of Voltes V.
Mary Anne was left with no choice but to take a suicide attack on Vaizanger.
She intentionally crashed her fighter jet she was riding to the monster to damage it.
This killed Mary Anne in action and the Voltes V can't do anything but take revenge on Vaizanger.
