Maxene Magalona heads to El Nido, Palawan for a yoga retreat

Actress Maxene Magalona took time to care for her physical and mental health by attending a yoga retreat in El Nido, Palawan.
The retreat was hosted by international yoga instructor Alan Alcid.
Maxene made some new friends, meditated on the beach, enjoyed nature, and had some good food.
"This is the beauty of going on yoga retreats--you get to relax, find your center and just allow yourself to be who you truly are. There is absolutely no need to pretend. And as you enjoy and experience the gifts of Mother Nature, you remember that life is simply beautiful," she wrote on Instagram about the experience.
