SexBomb Girls member Izzy Trazona-Aragon and her eldest child, Andrei Trazona, have become a topic of discussion
as Andrei came out of the closet to reveal her passion for drag queen and her drag alter ego, Sofia.
While Andrei's transformation was met with support from the LGBTQ community and his fans, her mom Izzy's concerned reaction garnered attention online.
In a lengthy Instagram post from September 11, Izzy aired her sentiments on being a mother to Drei and her worries for his well-being. "I miss you Drei, you're always in my prayers...everyday. I love you so much. And that will never be changed."
She continued, "Sometimes, parents & their children have disagreements and it's normal. But I know both sides have that pain in their and wish that they will just simply agree w/ each other. Both have their own reason for what they are fighting for."
She firmly ended her letter, "Andrei anak, I love you so much to not support you on things that will harm you. I am always here for you…your mama, mahal na mahal kita."
Meanwhile, Andrei broke her silence and admitted that while he tried to protect her mom from bashers, he has to be honest about Izzy's lack of support for his identity. "I lied in an interview that she supports what I am and for what I do just to protect her from any backlash but there's no point in protecting her because the truth came out straight from her."
Andrei shared, "I love you so much mom but this isn't healthy for me anymore. I hope someday you will understand how it feels to be in my shoes. I miss you but you're not bringing me any comfort and compassion I deserve."

Andrei Trazona was born on January 16, 2002.
She is the eldest among three children, with younger sisters Yanna and Zoe.
Andrei grew up with influence from her mother's days as a dancer and singer of the SexBomb Girls--one of the most popular girl groups in the Philippines.
In one of her YouTube Q&A vlogs from her Andrei Trazona channel, she shared that she is more of a dancer than a singer.
Andrei has always actively shown support and love for her mom, often posting photos of them together as well as TikTok dance videos.
In one of his photos from an event, Andrei said, "Thank you for the validation and acceptance! I love you forever. This will all be for you my mom."
In a video from July 6, 2023, Andrei posted about his transition to becoming a drag queen and his experience as a son of a SexBomb Girls member.
Andrei is ready to fully embrace his identity as drag queen Sofia.
"Hi, my name is Sofia. I am 21 years old, and I am the SexBomb legacy," Andrei said in his video.
To be a SexBomb legacy or royalty for Andrei, means someone having strong ties to the girl group. He explained, "Kasi anak po ako ni SexBomb Izzy."
"Actually, surprisingly, super supportive niya when it comes to my craft. Kasi nga nakita niya na din na super nag-eenjoy ako lalo na yung bumibili ako ng mga gamit, ganon."
"Wala siyang judgment kahit anumang pagpapa-sexy ko at ano, pagpapa-show off ko ng skin. Super support siya."
Andrei has mentioned in past interviews that his drag queen look is "very SexBomb."
In a social media update, Andrei addressed the conflict he faced with his mom. "I wanna live my own truth and someday you will be proud of what I will become. I love you so much mom but this isn't healthy for me anymore. I hope someday you will understand how it feels to be in my shoes."
In 2026, Andrei has been more vocal about identifying as Sofia and opened up about estrangement from mom Izzy Trazona, while also having her transition journey.
Sofia revealed that they no longer see each other in person. On X (formerly Twitter), Sofia shared that she feels anxious about the possibility of meeting her mother again, especially after embracing her identity as a transwoman.
“'Di na po kami nagkikita ni mama,” she wrote, adding, “I also am scared na 'pag nakita niya na ako ngayon as a transwoman, iba 'yung reaction na ma-receive ko.”
According to Sofia, she is trying to protect her emotional well-being and avoid returning to what she described as a “dark place,” referring to the period when conflict with her mother began following conversations about her gender identity.
The social media personality also shared that her strained family dynamics have affected her ability to attend gatherings and special occasions. “It's honestly so sad na 'di na ko nakakapunta sa mga reunion sa mom's side,” she said. “Even birthdays, kasi whenever pumupunta ako lagi lang akong pinag-uusapan and pinagkakaisahan.” Despite the challenges, Sofia emphasized that what she hopes for most is understanding from loved ones. “I just want validation and acceptance. Wala ng iba,” she added.
Meanwhile, in a separate Instagram post on Monday, Sofia revealed that she is preparing for a “big operation” scheduled in about a month, which she said is related to her transition. She first publicly opened up about being transgender in January 2025.
