Ever since Miguel Tanfelix stepped into the spotlight as a contestant of 'StarStruck Kids,' we've been obsessed.
Not only is he talented and the perfect amount of goofy, but the 26-year-old Kapuso actor is also so, so handsome.
Thankfully, we were able to witness more of his talent and visual after he starred as Steve Armstrong in the live-action series 'Voltes V: Legacy.'
In an interview with Nelson Canlas, the young actor said that he's on a state of cloud nine ever since he bagged the role -- his biggest to date.
“Ang sarap sa pakiramdam. Para akong nasa cloud nine every time na gumigising ako sa umaga. I'm so pumped, e,” he said.
“Si Steve, leader siya so dapat alam ko kung paano maging leader, 'yung confidence niya, and of course, [in preparation] I read a lot of books about leadership at nakikinig ako ng podcasts.”
He promised the fans of the Japanese anime, “Babalik 'yung pagkabata n'yo at maalala n'yo yung mga moment na nanonood kayo ng 'Voltes V,'” he said, referring to both '70s and '90s kids who grew up watching the original anime.
“At para sa mga ka-henerasyon ko, ipaparanas namin sa inyo kung ano ang nararamdaman ng mga nanay at tatay n'yo before nung nanonood sila ng 'Voltes V' with a different flavor.
“It's very exciting! Ipaparamdam namin sa inyo ang lungkot, saya, epicness, at marami pang iba.”
Just thinking about Miguel bagging the role is making our hearts throb. We're not ready to see more of Miguel doing action scenes that will show his enigmatic looks and charisma.
