Miss International 2013 title holder Bea Santiago is now engaged to her partner, Kurt Cheng.
The latter announced the happy news on his Instagram account on Tuesday, February 17, showing photos from his wedding proposal in San Francisco, California, with the famous Golden Gate Bridge as the breathtaking backdrop.
Kurt wrote in the caption, "In my favorite city that built me back up, I found the courage to live freely, love boldly, and embrace who I truly am.
"This Valentine's felt different — she got the crown, and I got to put a ring on it."
The post also features pictures of Bea's engagement ring and friends, including fellow beauty queens Janela Joy Cuaton and Parul Shah, who witnessed the special occasion.
