Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Dee visits Smile Train kids in El Salvador

Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Dee fulfilled one of her pageant duties with other beauty queens as they visited kids under the Smile Train program in El Salvador. According to its website, Smile Train is the biggest cleft-focused organization in the world that helps children that have cleft lip and palate conditions.
"Every smile has a story, and I had the privilege of witnessing countless beautiful stories during my recent visit with @smiletrain.la @smiletrain. These brave children and their families remind us that hope can shine through even the toughest times. Together, we're empowering lives, one smile at a time," she said in her post.
