Nikki Gil marks 36th birthday with simple celebration with her family

Nikki Gil turned a year older as she marked her 36th birthday last Wednesday (August 23).
The former VJ and host celebrated her special day with her husband, BJ Albert, and their two children, Finn and Madeline Elle.
In an Instagram post, Nikki shared photos of her simple celebration at home with her family and expressed her gratitude to those who extended their birthday greetings.
She wrote in the caption, “36… Spent most of yesterday nursing a headache (friendly reminder that I am getting old lol)… and had a quiet dinner at home with my 3… thank you for all the birthday greetings!”
Aside from birthday greetings, Nikki received a funny birthday gift from her good friend, Luis Manzano. The host-actor sent the birthday celebrant with a bag of products that contained an instant noodle brand and a chocolate cake bar.
Nikki also shared a screenshot of her conversation with Luis on Instagram story, where the celebrity dad reminded her how she should store her birthday gift in a “slightly chilled room.”
Nikki and her non-showbiz spouse, BJ Albert, tied the knot in November 2015. They are blessed with two kids, namely, Finn and Madeline Elle.
